Greenhouse film replacement is an important agricultural management task, and the following are some key precautions:

1、 Choose the appropriate time

Avoid excessive temperature difference: Membrane replacement should be carried out before 10am or after 2pm. At this time, the temperature difference between inside and outside the shed is relatively small, which helps to reduce the impact of membrane replacement on vegetables and other crops. When the weather is clear, there may be a large temperature difference between inside and outside the shed, and changing the film at this time can easily cause the vegetables to "flash".

Pay attention to weather changes: Before changing the film, pay attention to the weather forecast and avoid changing the film in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, and strong winds to ensure the smooth progress of the film change work and the safety of crops.

2、 Reduce the impact of membrane replacement

Increase ventilation intensity: Before changing the film, you can increase the ventilation intensity to minimize the temperature difference between inside and outside the shed and reduce the impact of film change on crops.

Shorten the film replacement time: You can increase the number of helpers to shorten the film replacement time as much as possible and minimize the impact caused by the film replacement.

3、 Prevent damage to the greenhouse film

To avoid wear and tear of the film pressing rope: The film pressing rope is directly pressed on the front face of the greenhouse, which is easy to swing when pulling the grass curtain or when the wind blows, thereby wearing out the greenhouse film. When changing the film, you can place torn cloth, rubber pipes, PVC pipes, etc. at the transition point between the shed surface and the front face to avoid direct contact between the pressure film rope and the shed film and reduce the wear of the shed film.

Pay attention to walking safety: After covering the greenhouse film, it is necessary to promptly cover the waste grass curtains on the upper part of the two mountain walls with the greenhouse film, and press them with bricks before walking to prevent the greenhouse film from being stepped on when going up and down.

4、 Reduce moisture inside the greenhouse

Avoid watering: Do not water within two days before changing the film to prevent excessive moisture in the shed. When the humidity inside the greenhouse is high, there will be many dewdrops on the vegetables and fruits. At this time, changing the film and sudden cold air entering the greenhouse can easily cause fruit cracking.

Eliminate moisture: Before changing the film, ensure that the moisture inside the greenhouse has been completely removed to reduce damage to crops during the film replacement process.
